Intermediate Certificate I- Advertising and Graphic Design Courses for Undergraduates

WLCI’s advertising and graphic design courses for undergraduate are aimed at students who are interested in developing lateral thinking skills and idea-generating techniques. This interdisciplinary programme focuses on packaging, corporate identity, artificial intelligence, interactive design, web and typographic skills.

You will explore drawing techniques in traditional and digital formats and learn to apply them in typographic practices and packaging design. We encourage you to develop psychological insights to understand the use of colour, metaphors and navigational systems in web design.

On completion of this level, you would have acquired skills in 'lateral thinking' and will be able to produce original ideas to meet specific graphic communication objectives. You will be competent to create and evaluate radical design solutions in packaging and web design under market constraints.
